Vendor Terms & Conditions

By selling on Orvanta Marketplace, vendors agree to:

- Pay a 10% commission on each completed sale.
- Provide accurate product descriptions.
- Ship orders on time.
- Accept returns according to Orvanta return policy.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Orvanta reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these terms.
