Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return 24 hours after delivery and within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• The customer must provide proof of purchase.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all non-defective returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

If the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped, Orvanta will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
